Rogers High School and Rogers Heritage High School had their second-ever meeting Friday at the Mounties’ old home in Gates Stadium in Rogers. The War Eagles made it clear whose house it is now by beating Rogers High 24-9. Here is a gallery of photos from the game.

The Rogers High School boys and girls basketball teams both played in semi-final games on Saturday at the Class 7A State Tournament in Fort Smith. Sadly, the Lady Mounties lost a close one 56-55 to North Little Rock and were eliminated from the tournament. But the Mounties pulled out a big 62-53 win against Conway and will play next week in the State Championship game in Hot Springs. Here is a collage of photos from Saturday’s games.
