Earlier this year in April, I photographed the funeral of a young Marine named Kyle Wilks. Yesterday, November 13, his family asked our newspaper for photographs from the service. Publishing these photographs now allows the family to have more photographs than appeared in the paper. To the family of Kyle Wilks and all families who have lost a service member, you have my condolences on your loss and my gratitude for your sacrifice.
